Beschreibung zur Veranstaltung:
Berlin-based artist Denite starting DJing in the late 90s. In 2002, a move to Frankfurt introduces him to Drum&Bass via the local scene, sparking his interest for electronic music and the jazzy and soulful side of Drum&Bass in particular. In 2003 Denite moves to Thessaloniki in Greece where he plays his first DJ sets and produces his first tracks signed as Gari Marcos. 2008 sees him move back to Spain and begin work on his new house-oriented Project, taking on the moniker of Denite and touring with a lauded live set. Denite’s productions are highly influenced by his time he spent playing in live bands and by the more rhythmic and melody-driven Drum&Bass of the early 2000s. These influences are perceptible in his drums, bass lines, melodies, percussive grooves and his characteristic sound and touch on keys. Marc Brauner is a Berlin-based producer and DJ born in the early nineties. His production range goes from Bass- and Tech-House to Nu Disco, Jackin House up to Black influenced music like RnB. Wherever he plays he’s spreading a London warehouse atmosphere with strong grooves on the lows, fluent mids and solid highs. Copenhagen native, Christian Rütz releases music under his own name and he has the ambient and experimental solo project Fallen Metropolis, techno monikers, Vacant Compound and Initial Gain, as well as Float & Rütz with cofounder of Remote Enclosure Audio, Vladimir Mihailovic, with whom he released the full length CD album “Mind The Machines” on German Deeptakt Records, in September 2015. He currently lives in Berlin, where he runs his record label Remote Enclosure Audio, while hosting the monthly club night REA at KB18 in Copenhagen. Tonight Marc and Christian will again share decks together as in last November, for a back-2-back set of jacking house for the Monday House Of Waxx vibe. Early in 2007 Javier Logares decided to move to Berlin to fully immerse himself in the electronic music scene. He was fortunate enough to soon be rubbing shoulders with some of the city’s musical pioneers, and quickly became part of the notorious Bar25 family. This resulted in a string of releases, including “Intringulis”, (with a remix from Gavin Herlihy), “The Right Clue” and “Plastik Puppe”. Having joined the Get Physical stable in 2010, things really kicked off, with a string of successful releases and remixes, eventually push the boundaries of Javier’s music even further, dabbling with a slightly darker, more techy sound, to awesome effect.
